High Energy Changes Everything

When we meet with someone for a sales meeting, even if we can just lighten and lift their day by speaking with energy like we are loud and proud to be there, that in itself has provided value.

It's all about providing value. One person in the interaction, the lower energy person, is "taking" from the higher energy person.

It is a transfer. And that's okay.

People that are special give. We live a day to day life where we just consume way more than we create.

Literally to stand out from the crowd it's just a matter of giving more than average.

I am in all sorts of sales, discovery and business calls on a daily basis. When I am in a position to just listen in, those who speak slowly without projection and without excitement are obviously dry and sleep inducing to listen to.

This is because they are not truly present in the moment.

People who are engaged make a world of difference. Amongst all his talents, Michael Jordan's greatest strength is that he is completely present.

Think about something you have truly given 100% of your energy and presence to. Not thinking about what can go wrong, or what went wrong before.

No distractions or thinking about anything else. Just being fully in the moment.

When we want to get someone's business, if they see we are truly in the moment with them it becomes a natural next step to want to continue conversations.

You cannot bore someone when you are truly giving high energy.

Spend all your energy up when you're with others in work or personal life, then rest it off and recover. It's so worth spending it.
